The Marlboro Township Zoning Office is now handling the CCO (Non UCC) INSPECTIONS (both Commercial and Residential).
Full Description:
The Marlboro Township Zoning Office is now handling the CCO (Non UCC) INSPECTIONS (both Commercial and Residential). You can pick up an Application Package or download one from Marlboro Township's - website www.marlboro-nj.gov .
MERCANTILE LICENSE APPLICATIONS are also available for Commercial CCO's (Non UCC)
The Zoning Office also handles Permits for SHEDS that are 100 sq. ft. or less, FENCES that do not involve pools, and flat, on the ground PATIOS, WALKWAYS and DRIVEWAYS and certain SPORTS COURTS.
Of course, the Zoning Office will continue to help with Zoning Classifications, Variance Applications, Complaints about violations of the codes, and is always glad to help direct you to the correct Department if you have a problem that you need some help or guidance with.
