UNITY DAY POETRY/POSTER CONTEST

Full Description:

On Sunday, November 15, 2009 Marlboro Township will celebrate Multi-
Cultural/Unity Day at Marlboro High School. The Alliance is holding a
contest for all students grade 1-8.The topic is:
“WHAT UNITY MEANS TO ME”
Here are the details:
• Contest is open to all students grade 1-8
• All poems must be original.
• Designs must be original artwork
• All submissions must be received by: November 2, 2009
• Mail or bring to Marlboro Alliance, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro,
NJ 07746
There will be one winner selected from each Elementary School and one
from each Middle School.
All submissions become the property of Marlboro Township Alliance for
the Prevention of Substance Abuse.
Winning entries will be read/displayed during the Multi-Cultural/Unity Day.
The winning entries will be announced at the November 12, 2009 Alliance
Meeting and acknowledged at the Board of Education Meeting on
Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
